Seth, CFI
An Annapolis resident, Seth has returned to Monumental after a year of service flying Blackhawk helicopters with the Army National Guard in Kosovo. He is a Distinguished Honor Graduate from the Army Aviation School of Excellence. In addition to flying tours and photography flights, he is a Certified Flight Instructor known for his easy-going demeanor with students. Seth is one of the rare ‘rotor-heads’ who went straight through his flight training in helicopters, and in addition to Blackhawks, flies the Robinson 22 and Robinson 44.

Chris
This Annapolis resident started flying in 2002, and took his wife on a helicopter flight for their first date! He has over 2000 parachute jumps out of both planes and helicopters, and loves to fly, comparing the gentle sensation of take-off in a helicopter with “being on a magic carpet.” Our tour passengers love to banter with him, and he offers an expert, in-depth knowledge of the sights.

Patrick, CFI
Originally hailing from Illinois, Patrick has looked skyward for as long as he can remember. He is a magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of North Dakota, where he majored in Commercial Aviation – Helicopters, and acquired a BS in Aeronautics as well as his ratings in helicopters and a private license in airplanes SEL. After graduation, he earned his Certified Flight Instructor certificate in helicopters. Patrick loves to share his passion for safety and flight with all those he works with.
Andrew, CFI, A&P
Andrew’s love of flying and pursuit of excellence started with a career in the Marines as an aircraft mechanic and has continued into his civilian career. In addition to his Certified Flight Instructor certificate, he holds an Airframe and Powerplant mechanic license. Our Passengers love flying with him and he knows how to adapt to students’ personalities and articulate concepts to get their best effort out of each and every lesson.
